Playing For Change
Adele

A decade ago a small group of documentary filmmakers set out with a dream to create a film rooted in the music of the streets. Not only has that dream been realized, it has blossomed into a global sensation called Playing For Change, a project including musicians of every level of renown, that has touched the lives of millions of people around the world.

Adele released her second album, 21, in early 2011.[7][8] The album was well received critically and surpassed the success of her debut,[9] earning the singer six Grammy Awards in 2012 including Album of the Year, equalling the record for most Grammy Awards won by a female artist in one night.[10][11] The album has also led to her receiving numerous other awards, including two Brit Awards and three American Music Awards. The album has been certified 16 times platinum in the UK;[3] in the US the album has held the top position longer than any other album since 1985, and is certified Diamond.[12][13][14] The album has sold 27 million copies worldwide.[15]

Gregor Salto
Sexion D’Assaut

Music is a life necessity for Gregor Salto, who has been dj-ing and producing extensively since his early teens.
Never satisfied with just one particular sound, Gregor constantly
seeks to cross existing boundaries and take on new challenges. That’s
how he could rise to the top as one of Holland’s most successful dance
artists, while simultaneously using his own label G-REX Music and side
projects like Gregor Salto LIVE to further widen his musical scope.

Sexion d'Assaut is a French rap group formed in 2002, and composed of 8 rappers from the Paris regions. It is signed to the independent Wati B record label, which is under exclusive license to Sony Music Entertainment France.

The founding members were L.I.O., Adams Diallo, Maska and Lefa. In 2003, it became a collective as Maitre Gims and JR joined in. Throughout its existence, it included about 20 rappers, but set-up changed from time to time. The group distinguishes itself of staying away from "bling bling" that other French rappers have adopted. They also retain the style of old school hip-hop, but keep underground influences and spent almost a decade fostering an underground fanbase before releasing their debut studio album L'école des points vitaux in 2010.

Their album L'école des points vitaux in 2010 went quadruple platinum. The album En attendant l'Apogée: Les Chroniques du 75 Vol. 2 in 2011 and L'Apogée in 2012 both went platinum and diamond respectively.
